We are expanding our reach and now supporting children in Uganda—one of the poorest nations on earth. We offer targeted aid, still on a small scale but with great love.Recently, we fed homeless teenagers and helped two girls working at a landfill. We provided food and shoes to a brother and sister who had been walking barefoot. These children live without parents or guardians and sleep in a shack lent to them by a local resident.When they told us they had no shoes, we couldn’t walk away. We bought each of them a pair.
For us, it’s a simple thing. For them, it’s an unforgettable event.We are now working to make our assistance to Ugandan children both regular and large-scale.
We believe we can feed, clothe, and educate children there too—because every child deserves care, anywhere in the world.
